Hi, I’m Amber, the co-founder of TechEase. My interest in creating this organization began at home. My grandparents often ask me to show them how to use different features on their phones or some new online trends my brother and I were talking about. While these skills felt like everyday habits to me, I realized that once they learned them, they were more independent and comfortable in using technology. These moments showed me how meaningful it can be to build bridges between the digital gap in generations. That’s why we built TechEase: to help more communities gain equal access to the internet and enjoy the convenience technology can bring.
Hi, my name is Tony, and I’m the co-founder of TechEase. My passion for this began through several terms of volunteering as a tech buddy at the Cobourg Public Library. I assisted seniors every Tuesday in resolving issues such as writing emails, uploading pictures to iCloud, and using maps. These experiences taught me patience and empathy, and motivated me to gather information to create a larger platform for everyone to work together. At TechEase, I’m deeply dedicated to expanding our reach and continuing to bridge the gap between generations through accessible digital education.
